Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page. We kindly ask that you read these terms carefully before booking or using our chauffeured car rental services.
Definitions
- Company, we, us, or our refers to our car rental services.
- You or your refers to the customer renting or using our services.
- Services refer to the rental of a car with or without a driver to you.
Before the Service
Reservations
- You may make a booking request through the website or by contacting our office. A downpayment or full payment is required before booking confirmation depending on the service type.
- Please provide complete details such as addresses, names, contact numbers, and planned itinerary.
- To change or add details after booking, email us or contact our office during business hours.
Rental Period
- The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed drop-off time.
- Additional time will be charged at an hourly rate depending on the selected vehicle and service type.
- If late for pickup, we will wait up to 30 minutes; beyond that, we may cancel without refund.
Chauffeur
- Includes a professional and licensed chauffeur.
- Chauffeur complies with all traffic laws and prioritizes safety.
- No operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Vehicle Use
- Use only for transportation of passengers and luggage.
- No illegal activity or transport of goods in violation of customs regulations or other illegal manner.
Cancellation and Refunds
- 10 days before the service: 100% of the downpayment or full payment, minus bank fee.
- 5 days before the service: 50% of the downpayment or full payment, minus bank fee.
- 3 days or fewer before the service: No refund.
Rebooking and Change Date
- Rebooking or changing a booking is allowed as long as the selected vehicle/chauffeur is available on the requested date.
- A minium of 24 hours notice is required for rebooking or changing a booking.
- No refund will be granted for cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
- If the new date or vehicle is not available, the booking will be cancelled and the full downpayment or full payment will be forfeited.
Liability
- No responsibility for loss or damage to your property during the rental period.
- No liability for injury or harm during the rental period.
Governing Law
- Governed by the laws of the Philippines.
- Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
During the Trip
Pick-up Time and Place
- Driver will notify you a day before and 15 minutes before the pick-up time via SMS/Viber or WhatsApp.
- Airport pick-ups include a 2-hour waiting period from flight arrival. Lack of contact beyond this may result in cancellation without refund.
- Inform us of flight schedule changes prior to departure; otherwise reservation may be cancelled after two hours.

- NAIA Terminal 1: A10
- NAIA Terminal 2: Bay 8-9
- NAIA Terminal 3 Bay 9
Destinations
- Provide the complete address of your destination(s) upon booking.
- Arrival times are not guaranteed due to traffic or other causes; set pick-up with allowance.
Parking / Waiting Time
- If guests are not inside the car within 15 minutes, drivers will park nearby and wait. Inform drivers 10 minutes prior to next pick-up.
- Vehicles cannot park or wait on streets for safety/security reasons.
Terms of Service Hours
- Service starts at the commencement time in your booking and ends upon arrival at your final destination.
- Overtime fees apply if service exceeds the booked schedule, per vehicle overtime rate. Full hourly rate applies if arrival is 15+ minutes past the hour.
- Extensions require VIP Royal Mark Transport, OPC approval and full cash or gcash payment at end of daily service; requests may be declined.
Additional Rules Outside Metro Manila Itinerary
- Garage-to-Garage policy applies for pick-ups and drop-offs outside Metro Manila; charges are based on this policy.
- For consecutive bookings, the same driver will be assigned.
Expenses
- Within Metro Manila: fuel, highway tolls, and parking fees are covered. Outside Metro Manila: inclusions subject to mutual agreement.
- For overnight trips, you must provide lodging for our drivers.
- Food allowance is provided by the renter.
- Drivers may operate a maximum of 15 hours per day; two drivers can be provided at additional cost if required.
Restrictions
- No smoking inside the vehicle.
- Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.
- No reckless or illegal use, including transport of drugs or contraband.
- No towing or pushing, no passengers/property for hire, no speed contests.
- Use only on regularly maintained roadways.
- No hazardous or explosive substances.
- Do not exceed maximum payload capacity.
- Avoid insufficient clearance that could damage the vehicle.
- Load properly to prevent damage or accidents.
- No transport of goods in violation of customs regulations or other illegal manner.
Security Rules
VIP Royal Mark Transport, OPC may decline and remove passengers for valid reasons (e.g., under the influence of liquor or prohibited drugs). Passengers needing medical assistance and/or who are handicapped must declare this upon reservation.
Prohibited on board
- Any type of firearms (military/police on duty must surrender firearms at the Inspection Desk for custody by the Ship Master/Captain)
- Explosive items, such as firecrackers and other pyrotechnics
- Corrosive substances (chemicals, acids, alkaline-based substances)
- Flammable substances and materials (gasoline, LPG, hydrogen, paints, thinner), or other substances listed by the International Maritime Organization
- Compressed toxic gas (carbon dioxide, ammonia, chlorine, and other poisonous substances)
- Prohibited drugs and/or substances
Liability of VIP Royal Mark Transport, OPC
We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, alterations, or changes arising from civil unrest, labor disputes (including air traffic control), acts of terrorism, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather, unforeseen technical transportation issues, road closures or congestion, airport closures, cancellation of scheduled flights, or financial insolvency of airlines.
Liability of the Client and Passengers
Clients are responsible for any damage or loss to vehicles, seats, or equipment due to their actions or negligence. Php 8,000 per panel will be charged for light scratches. For heavy damage, a diagnostic will be conducted before charging all expenses plus 30%.
